Grandpa was such a loving and fun man! He loved to poke fun at all of us, but it was always done in a loving and funny way, that let you know he appreciates you. I sure will miss him.

Grandpa always had the best sense of humor. He never failed to poke fun at you or make a joke no matter the situation. He helped teach me both how to be humble and how to laugh. How lucky am I to have had this lovely man choose to be my Grandfather?
I'll miss him dearly. Rest in peace.

Bruce and Steve and family: I remember "MR. B" very well, lived around the corner from you in Salem. Remember well his supervision of the summer recreation. He always had a good relationship with the youngsters in the community.

Henry entered the Putzig family with grace, humor and love. The Putzig kids, their spouses and children became Henry's and he has been a great example for all of us of how a father and grandfather can make a positive impact on those around him. He took great pleasure in the little things. As an example, when he was having trouble with his walker a few years ago, Clara and I sliced some tennis balls to cover the feet of the walker. Henry seemed very happy with this "high tech" solution.
I'll miss Henry's quiet way of providing wisdom and hope I can practice some of what he shared with me over the years.
Rest in peace Henry,
Glen
