Dear Don and Diane,
I'm so sorry to hear of your son Craig passing. I lost my son also and know the utterly unbearable pain. No one can know what its like.
I still remember you as the best neighbors when I was living in Knox. Taking care of the horses and such, and have thought of you often.
You're in my prayers, along with his family.

Loving husband and father, beloved son, caring family member. Craig led a life to be proud of and our hope is that the memories shared will sustain you all through this difficult time. While we couldn't be present at the celebration of his life, all of you were in our thoughts and prayers. Much love.

To the Champion family, my heartfelt condolences for your loss of your loved one. Please find comfort in the knowledge that God promises to put an end to all the things that have plagued mankind for centuries including pain and death (Revelation 21:3,4). May these promises from God's word, the Bible give you comfort now and real hope for the future. My deepest sympathy.

Please accept our sincerest condolences on your loss. We met Onka when he and our son, Russ attended Oneonta. We spent several visits with him and Russ over the two years Russ was attending College. We enjoyed his company and thought he was a very enjoyable young man. When we again saw him at Russ's wedding we saw that the kind, amiable young man we remembered had not changed at all. He will be missed and remembered very fondly. Again; our thoughts and prayers are with his entire family.

Every time I think of Craig I smile. He had this effect on people because he radiated HAPPY. He was always smiling and always gave a hi, a wave or a nod. I feel so very sorrowful for all of Craig’s family but please know he will go on living in all of the hearts and minds he has touched.

Craig was one of my first friends I can remember. We would all gather at the Knox parks and have some extreme kickball, wiffle ball, baseball, football, and basketball pick ups games. Every kid within walking distance would be there and Craig got along with all of them. I don't think he had an enemy, besides the dreaded 7-10 split. Craig was well liked and had a kind soul. He will be sorely missed.
