Such good memories I have of Pauline, growing up in Thacher Park. She took our youth group from church to NYC in her station wagon to the World s Fair how brave was that!h7thg
One of the special ones, also from the greatest generation Pauline held high standards, had a strong work ethic and was one of the people that I have most respected all my life. Her many acts of kindness, work in the church and generosity through sharing of her land's produce - she will surely have a place in heaven for the great lady that she was throughout her lifetime.
Deepest sympathies to the family and those close to her. Paula Shafer
My heart felt sympathies to Pauline's family. She was an amazing woman. Full of love and joy. Always helping someone in need. One of her goals in life was to feed as many people in need as she could by providing fresh locally grown produce. It's been an honor and a privilege to have worked side by side with her getting the Patroon Land Farm up and running. Pauline, you will be tremendously missed.
So sorry for your loss. Pauline was one of the most wonderful people I have ever met. We had many interesting talks about her travels and her working days. I sure am going to miss her.
